CLARKE AND MV AGUSTA ALL SET FOR ROUND 2
Wednesday March 14, 2007

Team MV Agusta Racing is set to go after earnest preparation for the up coming 2nd round of the 2007 Macarthur Mercedes Benz East Coast Road Race Series to be held at Wakefield Park in Goulburn, NSW this weekend March 17-18.

Current undefeated round 1 and series leader Brendan Clarke will be potentially joined by team mate, multi Australian Naked Bike Champion Craig Trinder also on an MV Agusta F4 1000 R.  Trinder is still on the mend after suffering a high speed hit on his leg during testing back in December 2006.

Team boss Steve Trinder is excited about the development and progress of the team since round 1 and commented,

“We’re hoping that Craig will be fit enough to compete this round and young Clarkey is champing at the bit, especially now that we have completed stage 2 developments on the F4 1000 R.  The bike is getting closer to Australian Superbike spec which will see us even more competitive then we were in the first round.”

“This will also be the first weekend that anyone will see the new look, state of the art MV Agusta Racing pit facility,” added Trinder.

Come and witness the progress of Australia’s newest emerging Superbike team.
